How to set your mind to earn online - it's easier than you think!

If you’re set on earning money online, but don’t know where to start, you’ve come to the right place! Today we’re going to cover the exact mindset you need to have in order to earn from your computer and make your first steps towards financial freedom! Not sure if this will apply to you? Have a savings plan

There are many paths to making money online and the best one for you depends on how much time and effort you want to invest. Maybe you already have a job but want to supplement your income? Maybe you're looking for something new because being in the same environment day in and day out is making it harder for you to get excited about going into work each morning? If that sounds like a match, consider these ideas. You can take advantage of companies such as Swag bucks or My Points which reward you with points or gift cards when you perform certain tasks (reading emails, watching videos). You can try blogging as a side gig and find success with several platforms including Word press, Medium, Tumblr which all allow people without any web design experience to create their own blogs.

Know what you want

I know this may sound like a lot but I promise, once you know what you want and have a plan of action, everything will fall into place. To get started with earning online, create a mindset of wanting to start now instead of waiting for the perfect moment. For example, I had zero experience with graphic design or web development when I started my blog four years ago. But with some dedication and hard work, I was able to learn how to do both in just one year (thanks Google). Today, there are so many resources out there that make learning new skills easy – the only thing standing in your way is you. Take on small projects to help hone your skills and give yourself something to be proud of. If you’re having trouble finding an idea, brainstorm based on something you’re passionate about: such as fashion, photography, cooking. If nothing comes up right away, take a break from thinking about it and revisit later!

Start from the bottom

If you are just looking for a way to make some extra cash, or if money is becoming an issue for any reason, then there are ways that allow people with various situations and skill sets. It doesn't matter what your background is or how much education you have, if you know how to make use of the Internet and the platforms that are out there on the Internet today, then almost anyone can start earning online. For example, Amazon Mechanical Turk lets users from around the world complete tasks that computers are unable to do like translating text from one language to another or completing surveys. One popular platform where people upload videos and get paid by advertising revenue is YouTube which has 1 billion unique visitors every month who watch over 4 billion hours of video content. Websites like Upwork offer freelancers a space where they can find work with clients all over the world in various industries such as design, coding, web development and more.

Get an eCommerce platform

You'll need an eCommerce platform, which will provide a user-friendly interface that lets you track sales and inventory in real time. Check out some of the options for finding the right one for your business needs Big commerce, Shopify, Woo Commerce and Square Space. 

You also want to make sure your site is mobile friendly so customers can view it from their phones or tablets. 

Consider what type of payment system you would like to offer: PayPal, Stripe or another option such as Square for accepting credit cards are all possibilities. Consider what type of shipping service you'd like to offer: Do you want to ship internationally? Need delivery confirmation? Have a special drop off location for larger items? All these things can be taken care of with the service provider.

Consider how much start up capital you have available and how long you're willing to wait before seeing any return on investment. Make sure your research includes looking at past earnings and testimonials from others who have used this platform before deciding on which one is best for your business needs.

Set up your profile

Setting up a profile is the first step on the journey of how to start earning money online. To do this, register with an agency and fill out the necessary paperwork. 

Once this has been done, don't be scared by all the jargon that can seem confusing. All of these agencies have great customer service who will happily help guide you through each process. You'll need to create or update your bio, upload some photos and enter any information about yourself so people know more about you. There are also different ways in which you can link your social media accounts so that customers know where they can find you. Finally, make sure to create or update your resume because potential employers might want a copy of this too.

Boost Engagement

Many people may want to start their own business but are unsure where to start. In order for any business, even an online business, you need a plan. The plan can be anything as long as there is an end goal that one can measure progress by. This means having goals and milestones in place and knowing how to reach them. Knowing what tools you need to achieve those goals is also crucial. For example, if the goal of the business owner is to make $1 million annually then he or she will have to use social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter in order to attract more traffic. Online marketing strategies are also important for generating leads because without traffic the website will not rank well on search engines like Google which will then affect how many leads come into the site.
